Our History
Engineering Analytica Limited (EAL) traces its roots back to its founding in 2007 when we began operations under the name Tarek Hosein Contracting. What started as a modest venture steadily evolved, and by 2010, we transitioned into a limited liability entity specializing in construction management.
In 2023, a pivotal transformation occurred: the company rebranded to Engineering Analytica Ltd. This name change truly reflects our identity and purpose as we are not merely a contractor, but a Client-Side Project Management company dedicated to data-driven project execution with precision, foresight, and analytical rigor.
By 2024, Engineering Analytica expanded its footprint through company incorporation to undertake projects in St. Lucia; a major milestone marking the beginning of our regional presence in engineering consultancy.
