Mr. Tarek Hosein is the founder of the Company, bringing a wealth of knowledge in engineering analysis and solutions. He holds an Honours Degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management. Mr. Hosein is a proud member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Trinidad & Tobago (APETT) and the Board of Engineering of Trinidad & Tobago (BOETT). Recently, he achieved recognition as a Registered Professional Engineer in St. Lucia, further solidifying his expertise in the field. Internationally, Tarek is affiliated with the Chartered Institute of Building, U.K. and is a member of the Institute of Civil Engineers, U.K.
Tarek has extensive experience working with international and regional contractors, serving as a Client Side Project Manager on various projects across the Caribbean and the U.K. His passion for Project Management, from Concept to Completion, stems from his years in Construction, which he credits as a key factor in delivering successful engineering solutions for his clients.
He possesses vast experience in both affordable and luxury residential units, commercial office buildings, land developments, airports, sporting facilities, and healthcare facilities.

Mr. Hilbert Lambert is a seasoned construction professional with a wealth of knowledge spanning several aspects in the industry. He holds a MSc. and BSc. in Civil Engineering and a Dip. in Structural Engineering. Mr. Lambert is a Registered Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers of St. Lucia (APESL) and an Affiliated member of the American Association of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
As a Technician in his early years and moving up the ranks to management level, he has worked on several major projects throughout the Caribbean with a career which has imparted knowledge spanning Marine, Hospitality, Commercial, Road Networks, Civil Infrastructure and Low & Luxury Income residential builds. Mr. Akesh Baijoo is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of Trinidad and Tobago (APETT), with a BSc. In Civil Engineering from the University of the West Indies. His professional journey reflects a unique transition from business into engineering design then onto construction supervision, equipping him with a versatile perspective that strengthens his project management approach.

Mr. Pierpont Scott is a design and development professional with a strong interdisciplinary background in industrial design, sustainable architecture, and project delivery. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Industrial Design and Technology and a Master of Science in Sustainable Architecture, combining technical expertise with environmentally responsible design principles.
Pierpont has worked in project and property management, contributing to the successful planning and execution of residential and commercial developments. His approach integrates design thinking, sustainability, cost awareness, and practical construction knowledge to deliver projects efficiently from concept through completion.
Internationally, Pierpont has worked in the United Kingdom within the building sustainability sector, contributing to projects aligned with the Code for Sustainable Homes framework. This experience strengthened his expertise in environmental performance standards, energy efficiency strategies, sustainable material selection, and regulatory compliance within the built environment. Mr. Jeramy Foster, our Quantity Surveying Consultant, is the Managing Director and Senior Quantity Surveyor of Value Management and Inspection Services Limited, since 2015 and has worked with Engineering Analytica Limited on many projects throughout Trinidad and Tobago and St. Lucia. Jeramy possesses a wealth of experience on small, medium and large projects in both Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying tasks (i.e. Preparation of Tender Documents, Construction Budget estimates, evaluation of tender Bidders proposals, Cost Reports, Assessment of variations and Extension of Time claims, Final Accounts, Value Engineering, etc.)
